Struttura rustica di fine ‘800, a sviluppo verticale, ristrutturata con estrema cura e buon gusto.
Le stanze degli appartamenti (un bilocale con cucina e due monolocali con cucina in comune) sala lettura, sono dotate di servizi, aria condizionata, elettrodomestici di base.
Immersa nel verde la struttura prevede solarium, spazio giochi attrezzato per bambini, rimessa per biciclette.
L’Agriturismo si trova a 800 mt dalla strada statale e a pochi Km da Todi o Orvieto, quindi in una posizione tranquilla per famiglie ma strategica per giri culturali o naturalistici.
L’Azienda Agricola produce olio, grano, orzo e verdure a volontà che potranno essere vendute al pubblico generico, in futuro, anche on-line, ma soprattutto agli ospiti dell’Agriturismo i quali potranno addirittura essere coinvolti e recarsi nell’orto personalmente. Adatto a famiglie con bambini.
Su richiesta degli ospiti potranno essere forniti pasti e dolci fatti in casa e la figlia dei titolari è disponibile come baby-sitter.

It’s a rural vertical house built in the end of 1800, the renovation is quite finished. The rooms in the flats (one two-room flat with the kitchen, two one –room apartments with a common kitchen), a reading room and tv, will after to the visitors the bathrooms, the air conditioning and the normal householde appliances. Pericolini’s House is dipped into the nature, there is also the solarium, a play area for children and a specific space to park your bikes. The farm holidays is far 800 metres from the state highway and in few kilometers you can join Todi and Orvieto, it’s in a strategic position: quiet for the families and in the same time good for the cultural and naturalistic touristic routes. Furthermore, the farm holidays makes the oil, grain, the barley and some types of vegetables that can be sold also by Internet and mostly to the farm holidays’ guests that can go personally to the vegetable plot. The location is suitable to the families with children. You can taste housemade sweets and food on demand; the owners’ daughter is also available as a babysitter.

Eine rustikale Stuktur aus dem spaeten 18, Jahrhundert in vertikaler Bauweise, dessen Restaurierungsarbeiten fast abgeschlassen sind. Die Zimmer der einzelnen Appartments (ein Zweizimmer-Appartment mit Kueche sowie zwei Einzimmer-Appartments mit gemein-samer Kueche), gemeinsamem Lese-und Fernsehraum, sind jeweils mit Badezimmer, Klimaanlage und den Gruenen gelegen verfuegt die Anlage ueber Solarium, Kinderspielplatz sowie Fahrradunterbringung Der Agroturismus liegt 800 meter von der staatlichen Strasse und nicht weif von Todi und Orvieto entfernt, in einer ruhigen Gegend und fuer Familien.

Structure rustique de la fin de 1800, restaurée avec un grand soin et de bon goût. Les pièces des appartements (un deux pièces avec cuisine et deux studios ayant en commun cuisine et salon) sont douèes de salles de bains, climatisation et appareils éléctromenagers.
Plongé dans la nature la structure prevoit un solarìum, un espace jeux enfants, dépots pour vélos.
Ce gîte rural se trouve à 800 de la route nazionale,à quelques dizaines de kilomètres de Todi ou Orvieto, donc dans un endroit tranquil conseillé à des familles mais même dans une position stratégique pour des balades culturelles ou naturalistes. L’exploitation agricole produit de l’houile, du blé, de l’orge et des légumes qui pourrant être vendus au public (dans le future même on line) mais surtout aux hôtes de la structure qui, si le désirent, pourront être même inpliqués et se rendre personellement dans le potager.

La fille du proprietaire en l’occurrance est disponible comme baby-sitter.
